And you believe everything you read in the Tribune? They know just as much about this as you & I do.
Well, the Tribune is owned by Jack Fishman, Head of the Industrial Board. I am sure that he knows much more, but isn't telling anyone.

Yes, Jason, I know I can't stop it. But until I know who this company is, and how safe they are, I will keep fighting. I hope I never have to say "I told you so." I hope I am wrong. I hope it brings all the wonderful things to Morristown that they say it will. So far, though, all I know is train cars of coal, semis full of diesel, a hundred thousand gallons of water, and dangerous mercury, cyanide, and co2 that might be released into our air, not to mention the particulates from the diesel trucks. So go ahead and celebrate, Jason. I just hope the party doesn't blow up in your face.

Well now, wait a minute there buckaroo. You've gone all sour grapes on me here (snicker). All I've said from the get-go is "It's Coming". And there isn't a damn thing you can do about it except post on this obscure little web site. Now if you have a problem with that, post your address, and I'll have a Atlas Moving Van at your residence first thing in the AM. Nice fight though !!!

Thank You, Mr. Guy. Please tell us what you found. All I could find was Freedom Energy Diesel, started on 5-19-11, and D4 Holdings, started on 9-13-2010. I also found an office in Braselton, Ga. Please provide me with info, and I will stop my posts for good.

Again, I AM NOT Ms. Noe, so stop blaming her! i have never met the lady!

The man that peddles Charmin says it's great .Who are we lowly peasants to ever question him.Folks as for the J-Man above he's on the payroll, can't you tell.As for Morristown you bought the overhead sidewalks, you bought the old Enka sewer plant so why not add this new contraption.I'm a little old lady. I guess J-Man will want to attach me too.By the way I live in Jefferson County, the wind blows East.

Well, I am still searching for Freedom Energy Diesel, and it seems to be a spinoff from a larger company, Freedom Energy. They own all sorts of energy companies, even coal mines! They even operated the one that was just closed down because of lousy operating procedures. And they want to make diesel fuel now? Sorry, but that does not me feel any better.

Guess the 7 boxcar loads of raw sewage dumped into Cherokee Lake a couple of days ago, was in preparation for refilling with cold for the new plant. Should have kept the old Pevine rail line across the lake, that would have been a direct link to ky coal fields.

Mr. Rawtruth, I commend you for the job you do as a coal miner. But, never, will you convince me that there is anything "clean" about coal. All you have to do is drive through a coal town in Kentucky to know that. I am trying to prevent extirpation and extinction in my home town!
Of course coal is not totally clean. But what is in this nation? Our crops are sprayed daily with pesticides that we all eventually consume. Plastic factories, drug factories, steel making factories and just about any modern industrial endeavor harbors negative environmental impacts of some sort. But coal has become the face of contamination through lies and propaganda. When in fact its footprint on the environment is no worse than a lot of other natural or man made production processes. And many of the tells told by the tree huggers about the way of life in and around coal country is absolutely not true. We do not intentionally pollute the streams and rivers for profit (By law the water is NOT allowed to enter these areas it must be controlled) We are not destroying the local wildlife for the sake of mining coal they coexist together very well. The wildlife around here is abundant and multiplying and surviving very well. Our children are not being born with birth defects or deformities...etc I could go on and on but whats the use? The tree huggers (With the hidden agenda of profit gains being their true goal) have convinced the public that coal is the cause of all their problems.
