I heard some big investors,
Have pulled out from this scheme;
Don't hold your breath until it comes -
This might be just a dream.

The plant is still in progress, though construction has hit sort of a speed bump, in the effect that the contractors and excavation companies are having a bit of trouble collecting their money.

I would also like to comment on the part of the person saying that the land could have been used for something else. The city does donate land to these companies, they do give these companies big tax breaks, they do install utilities with reduced or waived fees. Why? The cities do this because they are trying to entice these "for profit" companies to set up shop in our area and create jobs. Are their cons to this? im sure. But you can be sure of one thing, other cities are making offers of their own, and our area must compete to get these companies to come here.

The problem is they ( our leaders) don't do proper checks on these companies . Before the deals are ever made ,they need to have safegaurds in place to protect thier citizens and thier tax money. When every other place is running away from a deal, they might want to think it through a little and figure out why first, before accepting just the word of a scam artist.

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Capricorn

You're keen to look on the bright side of things and to ignore anything unpleasant or worrying. That's fine, provided that you're ready to face up to life's difficulties again tomorrow. But it's not such good news if you persist in looking the other way whenever a problem presents itself, especially if it's connected with your work or health. It may be time to face a few facts, Capricorn.
