Not closing cause sales are down. Their sales have remained good. They carry a good selection of used cars, have a great GM and they treat their customers right. They are moving on to bigger and better things. Will still continue serving the community, just at different locations.

Do this have something to do with the problems at Toyota? Is all Rusty Wallace locations closing. I hear that some people are quitting and looking for jobs.

Mercury brand is being discontinued by Ford motor co. Lincoln is going to Knoxville or Johnson City, Mazda is going to Rusty Wallace Ford in Newport. This info came from their current employees.

If you think things are tough, wait until this winter. Its time for the Government at all levels to cut back to the basics just like the working people of the USA has had to do. Look at the cuts the new Mayor of Knoxville made in his first day in office. Keep cutting back and you can run your Government leaner and keep your hand out of taxpayers pockets.

to the comment rusty wallace sucks from the sound of your post you probably came in with a very bad attitude and the attitude you projected especially from your comments to them is more than likely the attitude you received back we try to treat our customers the way we want to be treated and i'm sure you got the treatment you deserved we love our customers and have always tried to treat them with respect and hope our customers know this we hope our customers know this and will stay with us no matter where we go
