go across the Olan Marshall Bridge into Grainger county and park on the right, at the parking area. You will have all kinds of "company" there while "parking." It is a cruising site for gay men and also for prostitution. You will no longer need your blow up wife doll......

Ah, this post brings back such good memories. Remember when we had the Maloy Drive In down Jeff City way, or the Sunset Drive In with BINGO at the intermission and fine prizes too! Remember when you'd bring your card and they'd read your numbers and if you covered the wrong one, everyone would blow their horns, and the announcer would say "They're blowing you off little man" and nobody rolled their eyes thinking he'd said something dirty?? Those were good parking places! LOL Too bad those old drive in movies have gone the way of all the other good places that used to be around. Most of the good parking places have sub-divisions now, especially around the lake.

I loved the sunset drive in. does Newport still have theirs? They have closed a lot of the lake access parking because of people dumping trash. God, I miss the 70's and 80's.
