The problem with sea food is it wouldn't be fresh as I'd want it to be the shiping cost of it would be foolish... What about a place you could get stake or you could get strips of stake, onion, mushroom, and cheese (of your choice)stuffed in a bell pepper of your choice green yellow or red dlivered to your door.. Or any kInd pasta you can think of with a tomato sauce a family recipe from the old country (Italy) and meat not just beef but chicken and pork as well and may I just say don't knock it till you try it.....
Now as for decor I was thinkn classy and trashy a restaurant decorated 2 different ways classy side eats on glass and sliver and the trashy side eats off paper and plastic and the menu for the most part the same but have a world class sloppy joe along with a few other dishes in the trashy menu and have duck filet mion along with a few others in the classy menu and not discriminate were a wife beter and cut off shorts and sit on classy side
As for any kind of alcohol if possible to obtain a license after 3 beers 3 shots 3 mixed drinks don't matter if you can walk a straight line a mile long you give your keys up some one that's had 2 or less or give them to mangment and we will call a cab if you refuse the police will be called and band from my bissness depding on how bissness is for the day detriments how late I'll be open for the night if morristown wants to stay at my place and eat and drink till 2 am then so be it but last call 2:30 out the door by 3:30
You can't be real saying "stake" and filet "mion" in the same sentence?? You can't spell half the words you posted so I KNOW you're not a "bissness" man/woman? Bahahaha nice idea, but trashy n classy would never work here.. Too separate in this town. Just open a seafood joint and waste your money on shipping costs!

Since Fazoli's now is closed,
We need Italian food;
Have to drive now to Jeff City,
To Gondolier's, when in the mood.

I totally agree with Limerick. This little town needs an Italian restaurant. Long ago, there was a great little place on S. Cumberland just before the metal scrape place on the right. Vito Ramondi and his lovely wife had a small restaurant with wonderful homemade Italian dishes. THAT is the kind of place we want now !

"Come on man" you are writing a theseus? I realize it is not too hard to be the grammar police, but if you assume that role, don't show your own ignorance!

Post 20 was a clusterf**k. If someone has a hard time simply expressing coherent thoughts without multiple misspellings on an internet forum, I question how effective that person could be as a business owner or manager. "Food for thought", no pun intended.

I apologize for my mistake. The word that eluded me was thesis. Theseus happens to be the son of Aegeus. I thank you for bringing the error to my attention. I, unlike many others on this forum, am willing to acknowledge my mistakes and try to learn from them. I believe in accepting responsibility for my actions and to seek self improvement when I make mistakes/errors.

Let's see, what would people around here want?
Salt, grease, frozen foods heated in a microwave, more salt, deep fried, dirty, no children allowed, skanky wait staff, meth mouth cooks, morbidly obese management, even more salt, buffet, cheap and a John 3:16 sign displayed out front.
Sounds great!!! Have you sent your resume in yet? I know you can fill those shoes. How many kids is it you have now, 4 or 5? Not like your smart ass negative posts matter, but some how you always manage to spew at the keyboard. Gosh what a misrable troll you are. Go feed them babies and quit being such a bitch to everyone.

The above spelling/grammatical errors happened to be in one post. I bet I know what side of the establishment you will be frequenting. I know, it is just Topix and spelling does not matter. I am not writing a Theseus. I am writing text style. I hope that covers all the excuses. LOL!

Call it the "SLOP HOUSE" Just have people come in and pay $5 each to stand around a huge Pig Trough in the middle of the room and dive there fat faces in to it until they ate enough to go poop all over your bathroom floor. You would make millions in this town with that idea. I am not joking.

Just the fact that you are trolling around Topix for supposed business advice proves one of the gollowing to be true:

A - You are just having fun with the trash that posts on here
B - You are a broke ass dreamer who will never actually open a restaurant
C - You think you are serious about starting a business but you are just so unintelligent that you actually think the poor white trash inbreds that frequent this site might offer up some helpful advice
D - All of the above
