What happened to it?
Why was it removed?
They weren't being attacked from what I read, but legit customers with real complaints. Personally I think its pathetic that instead of defending her buisness Holly Myers instead pays to have the thread removed.
That looks worse than her trying to make things better. That is GUILT right there.
I guess what was being said was true.
She must be a cheat and treat other people horribly or she wouldn't be such a coward and stay quiet.
She must be scared of the real truth coming out.

My dogs go to All Dogs. What has been the problem? I have never had one. Place is clean, doesn't smell like wet, stinky dogs. My dogs wouldn't be so happy to go there if they didn't enjoy it.

I take my dogs there as well. I've never had a problem and Holly and her employees are always very nice. What were the complaints?

From what I read there were multiple complaints that she was charging for services and not providing them. Charging for extras and bigger kennels and people finding out that it didnt happen. Not giving treats or toys or with one dog not changing their dogs diapers.
She is abusive to her employees and cheats her customers.
BEWARE
She paid to have the other thread removed after an employee said she did her paperwork and knew the real dirt on her, instead of trying to make it right.
There were multiple complaints and I urge everyone who had one to share theirs again so other people can be warned.

Jillian,

Will you please quit with the nasty & hurtful lies. I am sorry that things did not work out for you here & that i had to fire you for your behavior. But if you continue to keep this up I will have my attorney contact you & put a stop to it once & for all. This is considered slander jillian & i will not have you doing this. I am sorry that you are angry with me & feel that you must do this to feel better about yourself. you worked for me for a year & you know i have 24 hour surveillance & that my customers are welcome to watch the video at any time of their babies stay with me. Rather they are boarding, coming to playcamp or to groom. We record everything. If you do not stop with the slander or I will have no choice but to have my attorney contact you.

To all of my wonderful & loyal customers I am so sorry that i have a disgruntled previous employee making up all these horrible lies. Please keep in mind that we have 24/7 video recording. I will be happy to show anyone at anytime their babies stay with us at AllDogs; rather you are having your dog groomed, boarding or playcamping. We are very passionate about what we do here & i am just so sorry that we have someone making up ridiculous nonsense about such a wonderful place. My feelings are truly hurt and I am so sorry if anyone has doubted us. If anyone ever has any concerns or issues they would like to discuss with me my door is always open & we will most certainly strive to do the best we always can. Thank you for your devoted loyalty & understanding. Again I apologize for any doubts or concerns that this may have caused.

Sincerely,
Holly Myers

What about the other complaints that weren't from an employee?

That would be my question, not that I'm likely to board my dogs anywhere.

Very good question. Two of the complaints posted had never occurred here & had apparently confused us with another local boarding facility with a similar name. If anyone ever has a complaint I welcome them to discuss it with me so if we are weak somewhere or do mess up we can most certainly learn from it & make it right. No one is ever perfect & we have made mistakes in the past & we are constantly striving to be 100% top notch & not have any problems. We love what we do & are very passionate about caring for our guests while their owners are out of town. We always want our guests to enjoy coming to alldogs & want it to be a positive for them & their owners.

What my previous employee is saying is slander because it is completely fabricated. We always provide the services our guests pay for if we do not we most certainly refund them their money. One of the reasons I have 24/7 recording of my entire facility is so if a guest ever has a question or concern we can most certainly sit down & show them their baby's stay from beginning to end to assure our that our guests are getting what they pay for. It is a true blessing to have such a wonderful facility & to be able to be entrusted with our community's pets (family members)& we will most certainly do what we promise. I am a full believer in karma & believe in what goes around comes around. I also have full conviction in being honest; which is one of the reasons i have been so upset about the horrible lies being told about not only my facility but myself. So when someone says that i am not providing the service that they paid for I am able to show them that I did or did not. Hence the 24/7 surveillance cameras located throughout my entire building. I have a 24/7 facility with an open door policy welcoming owners to drop by or pick up their dogs any time. They are welcome to go directly to their dogs suite & be reassured they are getting what they are paying for. I even have web cam for customers to view their babies while they are away. I would love for anyone who has not been here yet to feel free to drop by for a tour of AllDogs.

Oh by the way we have never kept a dog in diapers. We've been here for over two years now & have never had the opportunity to keep a baby who needed diapers. It is this kind of nonsense that just breaks my heart. We would never neglect a poor innocent baby like that. That is just flat out horrible. these babies depend on us & dogs are a true gift from God & we need to respect them as such.

Well, I am glad to see that you've logged in and addressed the issues heads-up, even though the original thread was deleted.

It would have been better had all of this been posted in the original thread.

I might even drop by one day to see your facility. Honestly, I have heard good things and not-so-good things by word of mouth, other than this forum, but recognize that it is very easy for names to get confused when people are talking. I'd rather see for myself. I tend to get asked about dog stuff frequently.

What about the complaints that you are abusive to your staff, what do you have to say to that?
When outsiders have heard you yell at them?
What I read before there was only 1 or 2 posts from a previous employee.

Also a good question. I have never abused my staff. I have a wonderful staff most of who have worked for me for a year or more. I am a very high strung individual & can completely understand someone misconstruing my energy. I have never yelled "shut up" at my guests (dogs) & have most certainly not yelled at my staff as stated on here. When we have something go wrong it can be very stressful but you don't treat people like that. I am a very matter of fact individual & I am a business person. When employees do not act inappropriate we discuss it like grown ups. I have to admit I have had a few incidents of stress (this business can be very stressful at times) but i have learned from my past behavior. I am very appreciative of my staff & most certainly of my guests. We are a team here & act like one. WE are all very close & enjoy working here together.
I also am not sure about the original thread being deleted. I only heard about part of it from an employee & a customer. I would have most certainly addressed it had I had the opportunity. I love what i do & have a passion for the dogs that are in my care: rather they are guests or are part of weimaraner rescue.

I have left my puppies with Holly many times. When I read the first posts here I was shocked that someone would pay for the pres. suite and not recieve it. One reason being the video cameras. That is one of the perks. When I went on vacation and left my babies there I watched them every min that I could. I did see my babies getting everything that I paid for. The employees were always nice helpful to me when I called to check on them even if it was for the fourth of fifth time in one day. If I seen something that concerned me on the video cam I called and the staff checked it out. I couldnt ask for better treatment for my babies when they stay there.

Quit paying people to post how great you are on this thread. Anyone to open a doggie day care has issues.

I know for fact that the owner is crazy. She screams at everyone she hires and treats them like shit. Sure she puts on a good front but she is full of it. She has a high turn over rate because no one can stand to work for her. She parties(drinking, weed, pills) and goes after married men. This is FACT. I would swear this on a stack of bibles.
You all can believe this or not, really I don't care at this point. I'm not going to sit back and read this crap any longer without adding my 2 cents. I feel so sorry for anyone who has to put up with her.
I too firmily believe in karma, and let's see how much longer this place is open without being sued or someone contacting the BBB.

Since the horrible accidents in West Knoxville, I have become paranoid about taking my dog to the groomer. I have used the same groomers for years, but they do have turnover and some groomers are just better than other, now that is a solid fact. Some people don't have the patience to be in the business, I have witnessed that also. I don't know a thing about this particular kennel/groomer/sitter, etc...just my own personal experience.

One of the worst experiences was when the groomer cut my puppy's leg and she required five stitches. This was done at a Vet's office. That isn't the half of it. She got very, very sick after the cut. I continued to take her back to the same vet for about four days and then decided someone isn't telling me everything and they weren't. I found another vet/groomer and I will stay with this one. There is good and bad in all professions, no one is exempt. Just make sure you check the facilities, check your dog immediately when you pick "it" up and check different references..not just the ones the groomer gives you ask everyone you know.
