According to a driver who saw the accident, the vehicle that caused the accident was passing and was still passing after the passing lane ended and nearly cut off the witness while returning to the right side of the road. That is when the car went out of control.

Not only was Thomas Vandunk driving like a maniac, he failed to secure the children in carseats. Who puts their seven year old child in the front seat? This man committed murder. At the very least, he committed manslaughter. He also nearly killed the occupants of the on-coming car. I am eagerly waiting for criminal charges against this person.

New Jersey has a law that also states that a Child MUST be in a car seat or Booster seat until the age of 8 or 80 lbs. whichever comes first. This guy should rot in hell for his negligance.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Leo

The atmosphere is highly combustible today, with people getting in a stew over the smallest little thing. You will also have a tendency to get hot under the collar, especially if someone isn't doing things as quickly as you'd like. Try to stop yourself getting in a rage because once that happens it will be difficult to cool down again. Maybe you need some fresh air?
