* John Bellingeri, 23, of Harding, was charged on Jan. 6 with providing minors with an alcoholic beverage, as a result of an investigation into a Dec. 22, 2007 party, police said. Bellingeri was released pending court action. * Denis Perdomo, 27, of Morris Township, was charged on Jan. 2 with hindering apprehension after he allegedly provided a false name to police during a motor vehicle stop. He also was ticketed for driving with a suspended license and released pending court action. * Amy Braunschweiger, 20, and Lee Mimms, 20, both of Far Hills, were charged on Jan. 5 with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both were released pending court action. * Sheelagh Murphy, 20, of Morristown, was detained on Jan. 6 on a Morris Township warrant. He also was found to be in possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said. He posted bail on the Morris Township warrant and was released pending court action. * A Heritage Road resident reported to police that between Dec. 25 and Jan. 5, an thief removed the front license plate with an EZ-Pass transmitter attached, from the victim's vehicle. The items had a total value of $40. * Colin Maxwell, 20, of Santa Barbara, Calif., was charged Jan. 7 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia, after police allegedly observed illegal activity in the car in which Maxwell was a passenger. He was charged and released, pending a court date. * Milan G . Zalavadia, 19, of Warren, Shane T. Stagaard, 18, of Millington, Dominick J. Alloco, 21, of Gillette, and Akash Patel, 19, of Wallington, were charged Jan. 9 with possession of marijuana, cocaine and drug paraphernalia, after police investigated suspicious activity in a parked vehicle. Also, Zalavadia was issued a summons for possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. All were released pending their court date. * John Demelio, 23, and his passenger, Michael Demelio, 21, both of Brooklyn, N.Y., were charged with marijuana possession after police stopped their car on Route 15 about 9:35 on Jan. 4. John Demelio also was charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and speeding. Michael Demelio also was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia. On March 18th in Harding Twp. NJ court all charges were dropped against Lee Mimms and Amy Braunschweiger.
