Man On 15th Drunken-Driving Offense: I'm Guilty

I agree, but that should of lost it long ago. Not saying it would stop him totally but maybe he would of ended up in jail for longer periods of time.
Personally I would plow his butt over a steep drop off..yes this makes me angry.

Suspended 78 times an still has one.Damm just goes to show money can buy your way thru about anything.LOL..Looks like after the 3rd time they would have locked him up permanantly..

even if he 'loses' his license, he will just drive (drunk) without it. If not incarcerated, he will kill someone else eventually, just a matter of time.

Less than 6 months ago, a Missouri driver with at least 5 D.W.I. prior arrests ran into a van, while drunk, and going the wrong way on Illinois I-255. Three members of a family from another state were killed.
In a cruel bit of irony, they were traveling to Missouri to attend a funeral.
