Illegal aliens hurt economy

Illegal aliens hurt economy

There are 3 comments on the www.dailyrecord.com story from Jan 20, 2009, titled Illegal aliens hurt economy . In it, www.dailyrecord.com reports that:

Our country is now on "overload" regarding the illegal immigration population. An illegal alien cannot legally work in our country. To say an illegal immigrant contributes to the tax base is an exaggeration. Sure, tenants pay landlords, and landlords pay real estate taxes, and if an illegal alien purchases a store item, that includes a sales tax. However, federal and state withholding taxes are never legally paid by an illegal alien. Because a person arrives on American soil does not mean he or she should be granted the right to declare citizenship and privileges that belong to citizens.

The Federal government has breeched its Constitutionally required duty under Article IV, Section IV to protect citizens and states from foreign invasion, instead choosing to play politics with the law and mislabeling the invasion (of an estimated 20-38 million armed and unarmed Mexican citizens and another 4-8 million non-Mexicans) as merely unfortunate--ignoring the $300+ BILLION negative annual impact on our economy and landslide of negative and deadly impacts on American citizens. ILLEGAL aliens are being allowed by our elected representatives to cross our border to kidnap, rape and murder our citizens, bring into our nation deadly diseases we haven't had a problem with in decades and deplete our natural resources by overpopulation!

"The People are the masters of both congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert it!" -- Abraham Lincoln

The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the laws of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any stature, to be valid, must be in agreement.

It is impossible for a law which violates the Constitution to be valid. This is succinctly stated as follows:

"Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them."
Miranda vs. Arizona

"An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed."
Norton vs. Shelby County

"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." Marbury vs. Madison

The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it.
"No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it."
16 Am Jur 2d, Sec 177
late 2d, Sec 256

The people are the source of all political power, and all of government is limited by our state and federal constitutions. However, the constitutions do not defend themselves; they just sit there. Citizens must defend constitutions against unconstitutional acts by those wielding governmental power.

Join with fellow citizens in restoring Constitutional Order to our nation -- the hour is late and our Constitution and nation must be defended...

ALERT! Urge your Representative to support the E-Verify amendments!

The House Appropriations Committee has added two important E-Verify amendments to the Stimulus Bill. The first amendment, by Rep. Ken Calvert (R-CA), would reauthorize the E-Verify program for a period of five years. It is presently due to expire in March.

The other amendment, by Rep. Jack Kingston (R-GA), would direct all businesses that receive stimulus money to use the E-Verify system to help ensure that only American citizens and legal residents benefit from the stimulus package.

The E-Verify system is a key component of our efforts to stop illegal immigration. Millions of American workers have lost their jobs in this recession, and it is essential that this stimulus goes to those Americans who need jobs.

YOUR ACTION NEEDED

Please urge your representative to ensure that the final version of the bill retains these two amendments.

They sure do, just read this article
Sickening story about an illegal alien couple that had many children/took fertility drugs from Mexico
http://articles.latimes.com/2006/jul/28/local...
An illegal immigrant couple with six children were already living in poverty. Then the quadruplets arrived. They’re still in a daze.
The parents are both illegal aliens.
Neither Magdaleno nor her husband speaks English, though she has been in the United States 22 years and he 28. Even her teenage daughters speak mostly Spanish; their English vocabulary is limited.
Yet all of Magdaleno’s 10 children are U.S. citizens. The triplets receive subsidized school lunches. All the youngsters have had their healthcare bills covered by Medi-Cal, the state and federal healthcare program for the poor.
Alfredo Jr. had been hospitalized all his life until recently. He’s had three state-funded brain operations and will require several more, the family said. The couple receive $700 in monthly Social Security payments to help with his medical needs.
“I thank this country that they gave me Medi-Cal,” Magdaleno said.“There’s nothing like that in Mexico.”
=======
Her husband wanted a son. Anzaldo paid for an operation to reverse Magdaleno’s tubal ligation.(guess you have more money when you don't pay taxes)
But for several years, she didn’t get pregnant, Magdaleno said.
So she asked a woman who returned periodically to Mexico to bring her back fertility drugs. The woman supplied her with various pills and injections over several years, Magdaleno said.
