So, 2 weeks after my departure, I receive my last check in the mail, and my vacation time had not been paid. I called the payroll manager, and - after several attempts to get her to resolve the problem - she referred me to a person who's name you will recognize from "Ex-Employee's" posts....JOHN HEARD. Mr. Heard explained that, "Mr. Miller does not pay accrued vacation time to people who have left the company."
I carefully explained that the vacation time was accrued and taken BEFORE I left the company, but he stuck to his position (or at least what he called, "Mr. Miller's" decision.)
I informed Mr Heard that the company was stealing money from me, and I reminded him that the company would FIRE an employee who would be caught doing the same thing. I informed him that what they were doing was wrong, and that he should probably take all the Bible scriptures off the walls of the company if they were going to treat people this way. I also informed him that the company would be hearing back from me, and that he may not like how it happens.
Those are the facts, and I am trying to restrain from making comments propelled by anger nd emotions, because that would make me no better than them.
I am pursuing legal action against Sooner Copy Machines, Inc of Norman. Mr. Miller is apparently pretty used to that.
Pay close attention to the comments of others above, folks. They just may be making important comments that you will want to know.

Today, SCM is hosting their 4th Annual Customer Appreciation Golf Tournament here in Norman. We are proud to announce that approximately ninety golfers from across the state have entered the tournament. The morning kicked off with perfect weather, complimentary breakfast, and team photographs. All participants were eager to begin the shotgun start at 9am. Lunch will be served around 1pm followed by the awards ceremony.

Sooner Copy Machines has expanded into the Tulsa market. We have now opened a new location, Tulsa Office Solutions, LLC. and will be servicing all of northeastern Oklahoma. JM and most of his employees are slime balls. He fires people if they are having a relationship w/in the office but yet he has been caught numerous times coming out of his bathroom w another employee won't say her name! U knw who u are..who's in a relationship urself!! It's a very hostile environment and so much drama and it all has to do w the kiss butt and all who he's sleeping w w/in the office.

Yeh....Miller and his clones will go down at some point....bet on it. And his H.R. person....John Heard....well, he is bought-and-paid-for. He is a smug bastard who kisses Miller's ASS, and yet Miller will will throw him under the bus if he ever says anything against the rat-hole company they run. These people are slime-balls DELUXE. STAY AWAY FROM SOONER COPY. Miller lso rips off SHARP CORPORATION by falsifying serial numbers on equipment HE SCREWS UP! He gets SHARP to warranty HIS FUCK-UPS.

All of these negative comments about John Miller are true! He puts on a good front pretending to be a good person but he is not! He is horrible. He attends church on a regular basis and talks about God all the time however is a hypocrite by the way he lives. He gives hams to schools to make himself look good and tries to cover up how bad of a person he really is and does this for self gratification not from the kindness of his heart. If you work for him he says inappropriate comments on a regular basis and tries to manipulate women to get what he wants out of them. He talks about Bible versus in regards to what others are doing wrong against him or what they are saying about him instead of improving himself and bettering his relationship with God. He is very high strung and Yes an absolute control freak. He also micromanages your every move! He has suggested that I and I was told from another girl to seek counseling, when he is the only one that has major issues and needs the counseling himself. If you come in contact with this man this is your forewarning RUN!! Seriously Run! He will use his money to manipulate you! And will book extravagant trips, concerts, massages (tries to do couples to see you naked) Trust me I know I worked very close to him and his kids and I analyzed his every move. Fortunately I'm smart and picked up on this right away! Seriously save yourself and run! He is pure evil!

I am an SCM customer. I don't care one iota about the owner's personal life or dating experiences. What is this, a sounding board for jilted girlfriends and disgruntled ex-employees? Some of you sound as though you desperately need to move on with your life, and I'll leave it at that. Regarding SCM, the predictions here that the business will fail are pretty funny. Why? SCM is growing in leaps & bounds.... Why? Because their customer service, responsiveness and get-it-done attitude are a breath of fresh air to anyone (like myself) who has dealt with other copier/printer providers over the past 15 years. We've been with SCM for the past 9 years and aren't switching again. If you're looking for a copier leasing company, I very highly recommend SCM.

"Steve"...... In spite of the end-result, ETHICS DO MATTER!! You have NO idea how Miller treats his employees in order to get he work done. He is a micro-slave-driver of the worst kind.... and he doesn't NEED to be that way. That is what feeds his HUGE EGO. There is a revolving door on the employee entrance.... he can't keep good people (at least the ones who have a conscience), and you simply would not believe some of the things he does to people..... GOOD people. NO, you can keep your, "the ends justifies the means" attitude, "Steve," as you are just one of the reasons this idiot thrives. By doing business with this creep, you continue to give him 'permission' to walk on people.... steal from his employees.... treat women like trash.... cheat and lie to customers.... etc, etc. Oh, he gives out the turkeys and pats the teachers on the head, but his smiles and fake BS do not hide his TRUE intentions, and that is to bring HIMSELF up at the expense of EVERYONE ELSE. I have heard the way he talks about customers behind their backs.... maybe even YOU, "Steve." I have seen how he treats the employees who service you, "Steve." Maybe that does not matter to YOU, "Steve," but maybe.... just maybe.... IT SHOULD!! Are you another John Miller, "Steve???" hmmmmm.......

Everything on here is true I have personally seen and been witness to everything JM does. The problem lies with people wanting the cheapest deal Schools and etc are not wanting quality they are concerned price only. When this is the case this is why SCM is still around. Simple fact people see and people talk a business that want to know about a company only need to do a little digging. A business owner that takes advantage of female employees and others within the company will also do the same thing to customers. Promising 2 hours responses when it takes days to get there because of internal issues. Not a person who
Whines as it only takes a little research to make a disision on wether you want to purchase equipment or be employed by this company. In desperation I took a job but in good concense I left and gained other employment. The people who stay there are trapped as they have no choice maybe? I'm not sure but your a fool to purchase anything from them as their service is very very poor. But it's your choice.
