This little girl was my great-niece(my sister's grand-daughter). We are all just devestated by this. We have had 5 deaths in our family now within the last year.
Alyssa had her whole future ahead of her and for it to be taken by a drunk-driver.
And for him to walk away virtually unscathed. I hope the State of CA. gives him the maximum that it can for this crime. My whole family are god-fearing people but this makes me want to come down there and just beat him to a pulp. Hopefully he'll receive a sentence that matches the crime.
