This is probably one of those dogs that barks its head off and there's no supervision. In good neighborhoods, residents pay attention to the restrictions governing local noise ordinances. You can always tell when you're in a bad neighborhood by the number of barking dogs. I'll bet this dog is unlicensed.

I called the cops after seeing this dog on the island around 2am on friday the 30th. They blew me off since "it's not that deep over there"
Now they're hero dog rescuers?

you live in Oakdale? why would you be out on the water at 2am or do you have good eyesite where you can see about 10 miles away. I'm sure they didnt blow you away. You should check to see if there were any boats out there at that time.

why to Mastic & Shirley residents feel the need to own 40 animals in one home, usally 3 or 4 pit-bulls are in the mix as well.
