i will be sending in a proposal to the village board that all houses effected by the flooding will be publicly listed. Houses that were not inspected will be on a separate list so any buyer will be on notice that there may be extensive damage that was just cosmetically repaired. All realtors will need to disclose the list to stop anyone trying to dump their fire and mold trap.

And you are demonstrating you are a low life loser by using such a disrespectful name "blo-me" which is something I will answer the same way your wife does....do it yourself. You want people to respect you and your opinions, but you denigrate yourself with words of coarse.

you talk about respect, but I did not call you any names, but then you call me a low life loser. You are the most disrespectful person on this Mastic Beach board except for maybe Vic, so coming from you I take it with a grain of salt.

Thats where you are wrong, she tells me to go visit your mom and to make sure I bring back change from the dollar this time.

Any buyer who is looking to buy a house in Mastic Beach or any where in N.Y. will have a professional home inspector look at the house. This has been going on for many years and banks are demanding it.
We don't need the village inspector, who can't prove he is one by showing his paper work, telling us what to do.

I am sure you used blow me as your name to indicate your lack of moral character and to try to incite a negative response. So now you want to bring in mom, you are worse than even I suspected. I deal with others the way ey deal with me.

while you're at it please foil the permits for gary's home and marina. it seems like he got his permits/work done in record time. something fishy is going on there and you should make it your business to find out about it. also, please make them check f. figurino's house and rhonda's GIGANTIC extension.

thanks

Oh, the "code enforcers" and "building inspector" are letting Rhonda slid right by!!! They turn a blind eye every time she builds something just because of her work with forming a village. We all remember the DECK that she ILLEGALLY build in the wet lands and called it a dock. And now she gets to build without posting? Multiple levels? Add-ons that arent in the plans?? Bruce had to give blood and DNA samples before Timmy B let him get his permits, but NOT RHONDA!!! Come on Brady. You're a stickler for procedure and proper permits. Wheres Rhondas? Nothings posted at her house! Why does the "friend" of the village gets special treatment but the rest of "we the people" just get specially harassed!

There are 2 sets of rules. One for the village friends, and one for the rest of us.

As someone has said "I don't work for the village". I will add to that, I don't work for you. If you honestly think anything was being built illegally, YOU should do your own dirty work.

yeah, we know. It's fine for Rhonda because she's for the village. You were all over Bruce and defending the village when they were harassing him and not letting him get his permits, but with Rhonda, NO problem!

noooo, I'm saying that there are two sets of rules in MBV and you are fine with that because you are one of the friends that gets the benefit.
We all know this. Rhonda can do and build whatever she likes without the code enforcers bothering her even though it's illegal.
The rest get fined for trying to replace Sheetrock. No BS. Two sets of rules.

Tim is real. Villages (Towns) have building inspectors, home inspection to approve a mortgage is not the same thing.

friends of the village or people that don't care: thousands?
rest of us: five?
wondering. seems to me the board represents the majority. there will always be a few that are not happy. Bruce stated at a meeting that he was treated very well by the building department.

What would you complain about if you didn't have Brady? It seems he is the only one who makes any sense. When I get home for Thanksgiving, I hope to meet with people trying to improve things.
