Hi, Im looking for cheap rentals in the area. Im trying to stay clear of the students, if possible lol. I have a family. 2 children, But id like for my rent to be like 5-600 for something nice. Morgantown is kinda pricey but Im trying to move here for a better future for my family. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

You won't find anything for a family in the $500-600 range. That's what students pay to share with 3-4 others in an apartment. You may be able to find a mobile home in that price range but it won't be in town. Cheap rent is almost unheard of here as it is a rental city.
