If he is guilty, he shouldn't be turned loose in society so that he can have a great opportunity to hurt someone else, like he allegedly did his wife, or worse.
Hello Winfield, WV	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #4 Jul 15, 2012 His lawyer is going to say that after he talked to the wife and told her to lie on the stand. It happens everyday in court. I am not surprised by this.
