According to media reports, the council on Tuesday unanimously approved six zoning ordinances restricting all mining and drilling to designated industrial zones around the Morgantown Municipal Airport.

The drilling companies will not disclose the formula of their fracking fluids to the EPA due to "proprietory" information. The courts let them do this. Something is not right. But, do not fear. When your drinking water is poison, they will be glad to sell you clean water at the price they feel appropriate. You will be able to heat your home for cheap, but a gallon of potable water will be $10.
