Oh, btw, I'm a hunter, so I dont want to hear any crap from either dumb Conservative rednecks or bleeding heart Libs.

Let's see you losers try Bow Hunting, a truer skill than blowing away easy game.

Chris are you aware that the 7 out of 10 women cheat on their husbands or boyfriends while the men are hunting? 7 out of 10.

And you dont think that some of the Hunters aren't bagging and tagging something other than deer and wild turkey? Maybe some side Beaver and Moose Knuckle.

Yeah real skill shooting a bow probaly with 70lbs 85 percent letoff ibo of over 300 fps ohh look at me I'm a real hunter. Please its all the same nothing is fair unless u kill it with your bare hands. But wait what is that we have a brain and develop better ways to kill things. That's why we are top of the food chain. Moutaineers mascots have always taken their musjet hunting. For christ sake he wears real buckskin leather this is west virginia wild and wonderful. No big deal in my book. Fact that your not standing by and supporting your fellow hunter scares me. So what u don't agree with what he shot. He did it legal and by the book. Broke no laws. Probaly more then what you can say.

So they have to handcraft a new one every 1 to 3 yrs? And just give it away?
If they are representing the School and Athletic Dept, they have the right to put down guidelines on representation and what and how the musket is used for in their capacity as mascot.
Do the mascots prepare their own buckskin outfits or are those tailor made and given away too?

Also, this guy claims it's a tradition that mascots actually use the musket to go hunting. Does he have proof of that or backing by other former mascots?
Is there any documentation or photos.

Blue and gold and coonskin was not enough. Blaze orange, please. The syracuse orangeman would have got away with it
