Why didn't Glenmoore Gal attack this writer when this post was put up?

John Streeter is the Bar Manager there. I have never in my life dealt with a more irresponsible restaurant staff member in my life. Does not return calls, does not show up when he is supposed to and is obviously not fit to work there. I spoke to another manager there who also was very rude. This place will probably fail from the inside out and I will not be suprised when it does. The boss needs to fire this incompetant staff.

Or this one?

This place is a big joke. The draft beer tastes like lines were never cleaned! I took one sip and asked for a bottle instead and explained the taste. The bartender said Ok, we need to charge you for both overpriced beers. I don't care about the extra $$$, its just the point!
I would not recommend this bar \ restaurant. The food was good, but the people working are bad.

Glenmoore Gal - did you read this one too?

This place has dropped off since the change in management. The menu is "old"...nothing new or exciting about it. the shrimp cocktail i ordered were bland and they were just thawed out of the frozen bags you buy at the supermarket. the crab cakes were dry and were certainly not "jumbo lump", more like backfin. Service was good but does not overcome the decline in food quality. we won't be back unless it's just to drink at the bar.

I could repost all of these, but it's nonproductive. Instead of lashing out at me Glenmoore Gal - obviously you're tied to the restaurant in some way - point these things out and make some positive changes to improve the business.

My husband and I have been to the new Bistro several times now, and each time it has been worse than the previous. There is a lack of attention to detail, food is nicely presented but tastes terrible, and the service is what is to be expected in Honey Brook. We gave it a try and will not be back. Perhaps Mr. Frame made another mistake thinking he could run this....again.

This one was posted recently Glenmoore Gal and not by me after the "old" bartender had already quit. Open your eyes and ears and do something about making some positive changes for the customers!

I recently moved to this area and visited this restaurant and bar on Wed night. The food was horrible and took forever. I asked to see a manager and was told there was not one. I went downstairs to check out the sports bar. It was dirty and so were the bathrooms. The service left little to be desired. It was wing night and the bartender did not seem interested in waiting on me. I finally got up and left. I will not be visiting this place again. The building and dining room upstairs is really decorated nicely but there is nothing else to attract people there. I wish I had found this forum before going there.

There are no real restaurants in Morgantown or Honey Brook. Keep driving to Exton.

AWFUL!!!!!! I made reservations for last night and they did not even have our table available. It looked like they were just taking anyone who came in to fill as much as they could and that our reservation did not matter. Our server did not even know what a martini was. She did not know Victory is a beer and told my husband "we don't have that wine!" It took an hour to receive our meals after some other young girl brought the wrong food to our table. I asked for a manager and our waitress went to ask another young man to come to our table but he said he was not a manager. Finally the woman at the front desk who sat us spoke to us. Instead of addressing the problem, she made light of the situation and laughed. SERIOUSLY? This establishment is a joke! The staff could care less. The food was ok but way over priced for what it is. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!

Had dinner Sat. evening,12/01, first time in months.
The waitress, while friendly needs alot of training-she was at times, unprofessional with poor serving skills. Doesn't know how to serve a bottle of wine. I can look past that, but the food (herb crusted halibut) was very dry and extremely salty. Pumpkin seeds in the spinach salad were rubbery, certainly not toasted. We asked to share the salad but had to request an extra plate when the salad was served.
We won't go back anytime soon.

I am a resident of Honey Brook and choices for a nice sit down place to eat with a bar are limited. The atmosphere is great which is a good thing because you will be there for a very long time. Went this past sat night and was told 20minutes for a table, took 1hr 15 mins and that was after reminding then two times. Was told the wait was because of the kitchen not being able to keep up with orders, one third of the place had empty tables. After pointing that out, we were told we would be seated immediately, which took another 10 minutes and then were told the wait was because of not enough waiters, so was it that or the kitchen?? after being seated it took another 15minutes before we could order and then another 30minutes for food to get to table. 3 people, 1 pizza, 1 soup and two sandwiches and 4 drinks and gee we were only there 3and 1/2 hours. Meal with tip cost us $72 good thing friendship and time together is priceless. Come on, 3 different managers in 5 years and still the same problem, please figure it all out before you go through 3 more managers.
