The Goodwill in Morgantown used to be nice and sold all kinds of things. It looks looks like a dump now. Anyone agree?

Morgantown is in a decline and has been for the last decade...was happy to move away last year...having access to arts, culture, shopping, decent restaurants...what a difference

The only progress you will see in Morgantown moving forward is some new homes here and there and more industry. The past comparison to Exton was ludicrous and will never be realized.
