well all i can say is i work for ingram bros. now and have been very happy. i am on a dedicated run to california and then pickup produce coming back. they did get some new trucks as a matter of fact they just got in 3 new petes and they are straight forward and have never done me wrong. i understand every company has its down falls but that is business. i left a very good paying job driving for tractor supply out of franklin,ky distribution center. i met dennis and his wife and my fiancee and i had a very long talk with them and after talking with them we made the decision to go to work for them. they have gone way beyond any company i have ever worked for to ensure that i had the runs and that we were happy. as for eric i have never met a nicer man. he works hard for the company to ensure that we are compliant with the csa and that each driver is taken care of. we were in holtville,ca. picking up a load and it was 122 degress i was having trouble getting the reefer to cool down. i called the office and eric got on the phone and worked with me to ensure that i had no problems and told me that if i had any more problems to call him at anytime and he would do whatever it took to ensure the problem was taken care of and that we were happy. as for the dispatch i have no problems with that area either. i call and she answers and does her best to keep me rolling. they have the miles and freight if you want to run all you have to do is tell them. i have been driving over the road for close to 21 years and i dont plan on going anywhere else. each and every person in that office and shop are comented to ensure that the drivers are taken care of and you are happy. my gosh they understand that without those drivewrs they wouldnt have a job either so if you have any problems with ingram bros. maybe you should take a step back and look in the mirror. i have learned over the years that if you have a problem most of the time it starts with the driver. my advice coming from a seasoned driver stop whinning and do your job or find another one.
