I think you're looking at it wrong. When a person isn't logged in, it will supposedly show the city they are from under their name. Of course, most of the time, it's not actually the city they are from but the city their ISP is based in. For people who are on an AOL based ISP, it just says AOL. For example, on your post it says:

Millwood, KY
Since I am on Netscape, which is owned by AOL, if I were to post without logging in, it would show up as:
Mentalkayse
AOL
I seriously doubt if every post on here from an AOL IP address is the same person.
