I know they were broken into but why would that one incident make them close?
Can anyone with facts explain?

could it be people in morgantown are cheap asses
and complain about a few bucks and how someone else's chicken tasted better .....if you can eat at McDonalds and not complain then you have NO TASTE
because it's mc'crap so the people of morgantown run them out of business complaining about how my patatos were a lil'bit dry or my chicken was a lil'bit cold ....go to any restaurant and they are that way ....you got to give them a chance befor you start killing them off ......and thats why you don't have another restaurant to choose from anymore

People want what they pay for. You can't expect to get regular business when you are serving crap. That's just common sense.

I have no complaints about the food or the price. I thought the chicken was good the potatoes was good and the baked beans were the best around. The first time I decided to eat there was about a week and a half after they opened. The line was out the door. I was just inside and the line was not moving. I was getting frustrated and so was everyone else. I seen there wasn't much chicken out but I figured it was in the back or something. Well, it wasn't. When I finally got up there they were out of everything and they said 45 minutes for strips. So I think they got off on a bad start. another problem is that there is No room to set inside and eat.

They had 25 seats and did you give them a 2nd chance after the initial craze. No I bet not.

I think it was hit and miss. One time I went in and it was SO hot in there. I was excited about the desserts and was left unimpressed. I really thought the food was good; however, the atmosphere was quiet dull.

Like I said. The food was great. If I hadn't given them a second chance I wouldn't have had an opinion on their food. My first visit they didn't have any food. I ate at garcia's that day. You should read the post before responding to it.

the bussiness was bound to fail, plus the mayor and council gave them over 10,000 of our tax dollars to start up with STUPID, lets not take care of long time local business but lets support a place that ONLY sells chicken thats why most of those places are in gas station but as usaul they cant make a decision and when they do they pick bad ones,

So is the answer just that business was slow?
Did they print coupons in the Banner to bring people in? Did they try to do anything else to stay in business?
Are the owners out there? Tell us. Thanks!
(Because I liked going there for dessert).

Someone said that they got sued by a few people for their chicken not being done all the way. But we may never know why they closed and there will b rumors going all over the place

Maybe it's because no one around here supports locals. Everyone complains about not having anything to do or go but people try to open businesses and you don't support them. When's the last time you bought something from a local artist? Probably never! If you buy from local people that make and sell stuff people eventually can open businesses!

I have thought many times about renting out a little place in town and giving it a go, but probably never will because I see how people come on here and say things that are mean and untrue. They start gossip, and it is hurtful before anyone even gets off the ground running with it.Maybe some people really are not satisfied, but heck, let other people find out for themselves instead of people causing a bias or nervousness about trying something new around here.Just my opinion.

I at there once and I got so sick! And everything was cold but the chicken. Plus I noticed that people who got water to drink they filled the glasses in the back sink where all the raw chicken is at.
