Webb: Blogger's accusations false, politically motivated

I have been asking this for a while

Chuck told the McDowell News:
"The county has agreed to provide water and sewer hookups and to waive fees associated with that connection".

Chuck didn't even understand the agreement himself. DiSanto used the land to set a small piece of equipment on a slab of concrete. Said equipment would easily fit on the bed of a truck. Why would anyone think water and sewer hookup would be required? For that matter why did the county provide a five acre prime piece of land for a piece of equipment that would on most people's front porch?
Is this just a clever way to transfer land ownership to DiSanto?
Remember DiSanto will still own the land even if he eventually removes this piece of equipment.

Oh, does anyone know how I can hook up to that super fast internet service that Abernathy said DGR was going to bring to McDowell Co.?
Funny how DGR doesn't have signs at their location nor can I find a source of information about how to obtain their service. Is this really a legitimate business?

Breech of contract it would seem and scam, as there are not employees there as he promised, nor anything else that was promised. Also .why not let them use incubator at McDowell tech. Foothills industries switched from disanto and webbs service according to someone that used to work for charter who said they connected foothills up year or so ago from the guy next door so I assume that was dgr I guess they were using dgr somehow for a while. But if one business next door can't use doubt it will work for entire county. It all stinks. Did they ask any local business owners if they would like five acres water and sewer for free? Hell I will start a business if you give me that

so wait the county charges avg folks property taxes and requires deposits to get sewer and water connections but in this case since webb was involved they gave the land (not leased or long term lease but signed a deed) to give it to Rocco along with water and sewer taps?

sure that all sounds fair for zero job creation and the employees sure dont go spend money at lunch since there are NONE THERE.

did they really supply foothills with isp service or is that bs?

I think I will start a fake business plan and see if they will give me land, water and sewer with no consequences if I don't follow through. So do you have to be from another county or a commissioner for that privilege?

Agree its time to dissect the disanto contracts with county and school system as well as MEDA's entire operation.

Also i believe Gillespie is another one that needs thorough analyzing. All of these spend too much time on holy roller issues and not enough time worrying about jobs in mcdowell.

This is all very interesting, I did not see this in 2009. Looks like Andy has been involved is shady deals for years. Why has he never been made to face the issues. Should have been kicked out of office in 2009, or 2008, or..........
definitely should be made to resign after this current fiasco which resulted in his arrest.

Amen! These people need to be exposed for what they are! I am sick and tired of this holier than thou attitude that these pious people have! It does turn ones stomach!

I believe God will hold ppl that are hypocrites more accountable for their lies and deceit than a person who doesn't claim to be such a holy roller. Cant additional charged be filed anytime? As a citizen I expect our law enforcement to treat him like anyone else regardless of his commissioner status.

Additional charges will never be filed! They won't do it! Don't depend on your law enforcement around here to uphold the publics best interest! It's called the good old boys club!

If there was evidence of crime they need to be filed commissioner or not. Because if something more should happen later on and he was not fully charged to start with that could prevent something else the county would have a huge liability issue for taking it easy on him.
