People in Burke county drawing disability and working

No wonder the honest people cant get ahead. How many people do you know that draws disability and still works? This is one thing that pisses me off. If they are on disabity, then they also get all the benefits as medicaid and food stamps. I work 60 hours a week and cant make ends meet.Is there some way we can turn these people in? Plus it would make more jobs!

I know people that draw Disability and still work and I also know that these people worked under the table the whole time they were trying to get Disability.

After working in group homes and seeing people that are mentally retarded, mentally ill, and sometimes both at the same time get up every day(Caldwell Opps) and go to work without complaint ---- I have a new idea of what Disabled should be. These folks could barely function in this world but they got up, made their lunches, and walked to work.

Disabled should mean you cannot do ANYTHING but we all know that people seem to be able to do what they WANT to do with ease - its the working part that trips them up.

i know of a girl that draws ss and claims to be disabled but i saw her working at buffs garage and seen he do other things she dont look disabled to me susan francis brown or something like that she lives over that way down 64

If you can get up and walk how can you Qualify for Disabilty ?

Im really wondering this .

I know tons of people over my lifetime in this area( Western North Carolina) that Have been on Disability for as long as ive known them . Yet they get up everyday , go to the beerstore , smoke cigarettes like a smoke stack , throw steaks on the grill EVERYDAY . They walk around like you and me yet they draw Disability ? How Can this Happen ?

Oh yeah i forgot to add in , that these people also have facebook and post everyday about how much beer they drink everyday or how high they get . Posting pictures of the buds sitting right on there coffee table ..

But why are these people on Disability , getting out tax money if they can maneuver just like a normal person ?
