We just sold our motor home and the gmp membership too. The last few times we were there, they gave us sites that our motor home barely fit into. wouldnot move us and was very rude when we ask to be moved. Some sites are not big enough to allow a motor home and the awning to be put out. I dont know what has happened there but it used to be members only. Now if you show up and are there with cash in hand, you can pick your site. It doesnt matter you have a tent and want the biggest site, its yours. Then the members with reversations show up in the motor home and are put on a tent site. Not really fair when we paid for a membership and pay dues and others just show up with cash. And watch out for holidays. You better get there a few days before the holiday week and get your site or you may be camping in what they call the over flow. which is really the side of the road.

Do not buy an annual membership or cabin in GMP!!! The management is terrible and very rude. You can never get Joe or Sam the supposed managers on the phone and unless you are a senior or a couple with no children or dogs, expect a lot of complaints to be filed against you (even though it is supposed to be a family campground and pet friendly). Also expect to be harassed by said management if a complaint is filed against you whether it is true or not. Maintenance is a joke here and the sites are so close together that you are lucky if you can spit and not hit your neighbors camper or cabin. Worse mistake I ever made was buying a membership here!

We have a GMP membership. The sits are on first come first serve basis. I pay a yearly maintenance fee but what really makes me so mad is all the permanent sites they get all the good sites. As a paying member I really don't think that is fair. If they want to have permanent sites then there should be one area for those.

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Cancer

Today's Full Moon will have a powerful impact on your health during the next few months. Maybe this is the spur you need to inspire you to take better care of yourself, such as improving your diet, getting more exercise or finally consulting the doctor about something that's worrying you. It will also be the end of a chapter connected with your work, but don't fret because this ending will lead on to a new beginning.
