You're such a complete moron that there is no use in even responding to you. Somebody has told you some Archie Bunker sounding cock and bull story about workers Comp. and you have swallowed it hook line and sinker. Back to his musical group, do you even have any idea who the others in his group are and what they have done and still do in this area? I don't know what your problem with Dr. Abernathy is but your posts make you sound very unbelievable if not just an outright liar!
Muffin is correct about WC. More claims against insurance = higher premiums. I also know they will send out a WC worker if you have an excessive number of claims to see what's going on, as they have recently at my work.

<quoted text> No, I don't follow his group or want to have anything to do with anything he is associated with. You musts be under his wing or just like him. As for WC, believe me. I have to laugh at you and your simplicity. At one time I was apart of these games. So enough said. You don't need to know if you don't know, but this situation is the devil and the epitomy of deceit and greed of people taking advantage of the workers. I'm so very glad that most of this "failed history of the area" is gone. I look at the Arts Council wheel as a message to the people of what goes around comes around. And to some point it already has.
I was part of these "games " as YOU call them also . I worked in furniture and did workers comp. personally I know you are wrong there actually is a line you have to cross before you know what your talking about its called NC workers comp law , find it on line . I took many people to the dr and argued with hospital employees in their defense it didn't matter to US what it cost to get that person back to where they were before the accident , I know what your response is gonna be "yeah so they wouldn't have to pay out " NO dumbass ! It was to keep them as close to the quality of life they had before the accident " even sometimes better !"now as far as payout when they are released from the dr if they have a permanent or partial disability ( PPD)from the accident there is a chart for each body part they use to determine how much they are entitled to and sometimes a few other thing justify monies also ! Any more questions refer to NC Industrial Commission on the Internet that you obviously have

Judging by the "licensed" , probably the same types of problems as you have had. Did you step in a puddle of dog pee walking through his office?

Dave has been my personal DR now for 13 years and he is an good person and always treated me well. I have nothing but praise for him. As far as the dog pee is concerned, I have visited his offices many a times and never saw a puddle on the floor. There may be a perfectly good reason for him not giving you a repaet prescripson. There also is federal guidelines on some medications which he might have followed. Have you even asked him about it? I bet you did'nt so stop slandering him. You sound just like another sorry person thinking the world owes you everything.

Yea, I'm sorry I ever had to deal with him and you will be too. 13 years huh? Private insurance????? If so, he gets his wages. Workman's Comp, he doesn't even file half the paperwork or keep the records.
He tried to bully workers out of their rightful treatment and he pushes them to sign the release papers or "else". Guess that means he'll get your fired from your job or he'll not pass you for the physical for another job. He's out for the businesses they have to keep a clean record or else pay more in workmans comp or have the state to audit their workplace and safety measures. UMMMMMMMMM, I always though his name was David Broyhill or shoudda been. There is a big difference between private and corporate doctor issues.

Country music today lacks the music. It's noise, partying and yeehaw tactics that have taken over society and accepted as socially correct. It's nice to see there are people out there playing actual appealing sounds for a change.( sounds to me like u never were a teenager or liked the band Boston or any thing else , in that era or today's country but then again your music would bore me to no end , music is a freedom to listen to what ever you like that's your point and this is my point there are many many very talented musicians coming on pardon me for not caring for trombones or the like unless there in a high school band

I think you need to study up a little on workman's comp claims. The company has nothing to do with the payout. That's all handled by the N.C. Industrial Commission not the company or their insurance. The only way the company would ever be involved is if it was determined that their negligence caused the accident.
As a former WC case manager, the MD evals and the insurance companies have a huge stake in whether a company is held liable for a patient's injury or not unless the patient pursues his/her own MD evals out of pocket. This forces the hand of the Commission to send you to additional evaluations. If the injury is substantial, I suggest obtaining the services of an attorney, unless you are one.

Thank you Anne, thank you. Patients were told that "if" they went to another doctor other than "the company doctor" that Workman's Comp would not pay. When someone did go to another doctor "the company doctor" got so angry his face went so red he almost had a heart attack. When the district attorney was contacted by a group of workers to report this problem with "the Company Doctor", the DA at that time, just laughed and said that had been going on for 100 years and that's just the way it is. Find another job. When the job was left the company was no longer responsible and there was a no rehire on the worker's records. Thank God Occassional One is gone to hell along with the other plants that were closed. From this point forward the worked should contact the Industrial Commission and have one of their inspectors to look at the worksite and the machinery. And then seek the advice of the company doctor and the private doctor or health department if they will see someone who can't afford a doctor and competent treatment. Don't listed to this doctors lies or believe anything he tells you to do.

He practiced that procedure on himself first. That's how he did such a good job on you! Did he take out your guts, too, like he did his own. He's one gutless wonder when it comes to taking pay offs to lie to his workman's comp patients. BTW, he did get caught and he did pay up, at least once. Sic him puss.
