I'd love to know for sure who killed Emily. I have my suspicions (it's NOT Jerry, imo), but won't be happy until it's confirmed, or my uneducated guess is proven to be wrong.

I haven't seen Joanne in quite a few yrs. Although she has had some health issues, she is a remarkably out-going 7 upbeat person. She is a loyal, God-fearing woman. I'm not sure of ALL her psychic abilities, but she pays attention to her connections. THNX
Jane.. this will sound sarcastic, but it's not. How can a self-proclaimed witch be a "loyal, God-fearing woman?" The Bible is really clear about denouncing witchcraft.

I knew her a long time ago when I lived in Morganton.. during the time she ran for mayor, I believe it was. She was nice. I would have not wanted to mess with her, though.

The answer is simple... Wiches believe that a Deity/Source/God/dess is imminent in the world around us. Your bible may not be the only path to God.

Who are any of you to question a witch’s loyalty to God? I would not expect a witch to question anyone else’s loyalty to God either.

I understand what you are saying. But, the statement seemed to be stated in a believer's term.

I was wondering what was meant by it. It was also stated that she had taught Sunday School.. that IS about my Bible.

I'm not questioning her loyalty. I'm wondering about the statement. Why? Because if one is loyal to God, they are also obedient to Him... and He, through the Bible, clearly denounces witchcraft.

I didn't mean to start something. I just saw a contradiction and wanted to know what it was about.

I also knew Joanne. I never felt persecuted by her.. I tried to never make her feel persecuted by me. She knew I was a Christian, but I never knew her to acknowledge God, much less be loyal to Him.

I think she is more Native American, I believe Cherokeek, than into witchcraft. Native Americans use potents and twigs and herbals and that's mostly what she did.

Yes, I know... if it's in the Bible, it has to be 100% the truth.

I'm not expecting you to agree with me.

I AM saying, though if one claims to be loyal to God, teaches Sunday School, it's reasonable to conceive that they go along with the Bible SINCE the Bible is the basis for information on God in the Sunday School context.

Don't get all ornery on me now. LOL

Yes, they will make a large sum of money from that. But not from you or I...

Serious question for you... Why do these nutz keep replying to my post, forcing the thread back to the top of the list?

If they are right $$$ won't do them any good. And I am not saying they are right or wrong I don't believe the date can be predicted. Also I don't think the world will disappear but I guess you could call it the end if you like. I believe the world will chane as we know it.
