I strongly suggest anyone supplying alcohol, or a place to consume alcohol to people under 21 to talk to their homeowners insurance broker. If you are intentionally breaking the law you are not insured for the consequences. You the renter and possibly the property owner (if they are condoning it) will be personally liable for injuries and damage.

Its that time of year again....... Where parents blame others for decisons made by "their"children. I suppose it comes from the lack of parents actualy raising "their" children. Now that they are young adults, they choose to do something that you, the parent, should have taught them not to do. Don't blame others for the failures you have created. If you think their drinking is a problem..... Then i suggest you get your ass in gear and teach your children. Those who can.... Do. Those who can't.... Teach. I dont see either being done on your part. Take a little responsbilty parents!!!

Not judging - not commenting on parenting ability. Just make sure you know the ramifications of supplying liquor to underage people.

I can assure all of you. This just doesnt happen at the River. It happens everywhere. And if you think only happens when its summer time. Then you are completely blind. And please if you are going to make remarks about it. Make sure your child or anyone related to you was not there. Or if you have small children watch what you say because it will come back and bite you in the ass. Just saying!!!!!!!!!!

@LAKE...your so right! Parenting has nothing to do with this....you can raise a child right and they can still choose the wrong thing to do merely because they want to be the cool kid around their peers. Nobodies child is perfect, they all make mistakes that will come back and bite them in the ass as well as cause their parents some heartache. So don't be so quick to judge and play know it all.

That is exactly what's wrong with society today: NO ACCOUNTABILITY!! Under 21 is ZERO TOLERANCE!! Take the alcoholic beverages away from our youth before they end up alcoholics and in prison already overpopulated!!

are you chest beating bible thumpers for real? you do realise that the US has the strictest alcohol enforcement and subsequently the biggest alcohol problem. its how they're raised and who they're around that makes kids act a damn fool when they drink. and, being in union county, they probably have shitty upbringing and are most likely in ignorant company. who cares who bought it? keep a reign on your kids and stop acting like a couple beers or a drink or two all damn your soul to hell.

All of you who drink and party around your kids are setting patterns for them. They want to be "big" or adult. You are showing them the way . Party ay the lake, so will they. Blame yourselves
