Okay this is beyond a headache, now having a medical facility at Aqua Failure is the new trend, but I thought his cup of tea was warehouses and the new way of jobs.""Moreno Valley will be the next great medical hub," Garcia said Thursday", him and Foster first said warehouse was the wave of the future. Maybe they actauly hear what warehouse employees go through, and realize the 2000 jobs are not coming to moreno valley. Medical jobs yes, it can, plus there will be diversity of jobs for everyone. Between highland fairview and the city mananger, they really need to get a clue on what they are trying to do. I will support the MARCH medical center, best idea this city has came up with and the JPA. now another medical center? i dont oopose it, just oopose the builder. I dont trust Highland Fairview to develope a tree house made out of popsicle sticks at this point. Why dont "we" suggest a jail, riverside is looking for a venue this will bring another diversity of jobs, plus we have plenty of crooks. I just dont trust Highland Fairview building anything, especially a medical center.

You think before you get into bed with someone you would check them out a bit.

Highland Fairview and Skechers still haven't paid those who built the big cement box.

That should be brought up seriously to the council, dont let this man build jack crap in the city. He caused the city to be divided, almost a riot, racial tensions to come out. He needs to go, sell the property and leave.

when this propsal comes up on council meetings we need to stop it. There will be too many medical hopsitals, his will not open at all. This needs to be nicked in the you know what right now.

What is Emperor Iddo going to do about the other "medical complexes" in the works? Demand that the City doesn't approve them even though they have been submitted and his "project" is not even on paper.

Check this "medical hub" related projects that have been on the books a LONG time: Classic Opportunities Group/Optiflex - Moreno Valley Medical Plaza: Proposed 217,000 sq. ft, east side of Nason St., south of Brodiaea Ave.-- Integrated Care Communities: 99-bed skilled care nursing facility; west side of Nason;

Nason will become a very busy street. Perhaps this is why Sir Ido wants to have Nason extended thru his Aqua Bella property?

The question becomes: Does the project that has been APPROVED for the longest time prevail? MV had big plans for Nason. Doctors, dentist and "clean" businesses on both sides of the street. Now what?

Will the 'new projects on the block' go to the head of the line? Who stands to PROFIT?

well on tuesday at the meeting Idoo wants to build apartments on 13 acres. So that was confusing compared to what PE put out that he wants to use 200 arces for a medical hub. So of course Stewart and Batey defended Iddo and said it was just a small part of the land that he will be building high scale apartments. overall, he needs to sell that land to either Kaiser, the county or someone that will really use it and make something out of it. everything that Iddo does goes to the head of line, even our hearing was scheduled at 630pm and we had to wait after Iddo had his turn, because according to Stewart the "applicant" could not wait. I was really "peed" off on that. I was beyond tired.

Like a friend of mine said, its "pay play politics". The main issue that I have is laying off all of those people and cutting the fire deparment, raising taxes and then promises of more jobs? the city just contrubuted more to the unemployment rate. The economy is bad, there are really no companies that will take that risk in moving into another city. I just shake my head.

Where did we say our Council Member live? What City? This is exactly what the problem is... We need to make sure to choose locals when we vote, hire, or? to be part of our City Council Members. I also wonder how hard these people work for what they get paid from our tax money!!!! I hope we don't become another case like Bell, where these Council members where paid outragous salaries.....

I agree with you time2wrk

but, it is not a requirement for them to actaully live in the city,(and its wrong) they can own property and that is how they qualify. Now, if you go to the moreno valley website, its shows there schedule, they dont have long hours, plus they layed off the actaul workers and kepted the top mgt.
