So you think prison is hell, well here is some info for ya, most of them prisoners eats as well as the man who has to earn his food, and watches the same television programs that the working man has to pay for, and the family that they leave out here on the outside is usually plauged by their constant demands for them to put money on their books, so I dont agree with your anology, prison? Hell? naw its just a free ride, bet if they had to work in there, just to eat our prison system wouldnt be filled to overflowing, what do you think, better to punish the crime with the same as the offender dealt out, take em out back and shoot em, get it over with, the hell with my tax dollars feedn for thirty years, and hell they get better medical than any of us do.

Have you ever done prison time? Imagine giving up all of your freedoms. You can't go where you want when you want and you spend most of your time looking around and just waiting for someone to try to steal from you, rape you, or stab you. It's not quite the picnic that you speak of. It should be quite a bit harsher than what it is. I will give you that one. Unfortunately, we live in a society where the majority is forced to go along with the minority and they're afraid to stand up and tell the minority to sit down and shut the hell up. That produced the kinder, gentler prison system that we have today. I assure you however that there are very, very, very few people in prison that if given the option would choose locked up over freedom. Denying an appeal process and just killing those accused of murder is fine until you run across an innocent person that has been wrongly convicted.

I agree, and until they are proven guilty beyond any doubts, well then a whole new ball game yes? but if prison is so bad then might I ask you whats up with repeat repeat repeat offenders, I have no sympathy for the moron that cant get their shit togther and therfore becomes not only a burden to the state, but to their family as well, sorry its just my opinion if it offends my apologies but my opinion just the same.

Considering he went home and got his gun then went all the way back to the bar to shoot the other guy but only ended up with a manslaughter conviction, I'd say he got off pretty damn easy. There are people doing more time for selling drugs or stealing than this guy got for ending a life!

So you dont know what you are talking about, they do work, and being in prison is not easy, if you keep being heartless, one day when you get caught you will learn what prison is all about. Better chill out Big Willie is waiting for you. LOL!!

they work. they don't work enough. I do believe that such things as commissary beyond basic necessities should be removed. I think that weight machines should be removed and they shouldn't be allowed personal clothes. They should have the same haircut, same clothes, work from sun up to sun down and do pushups if they want exercise.

I completely agree. One more drug head gone. Richie deserves it. Threaten a man's only daughter and see what that got him. Good riddance.

It seems to me that if the world we live in today would go back to the old testiment and live by those rules set forth for all man kind this type of peoblem wouldnt be an issue, and the golden rule here is an eye for an eye, but some want to soft shoe around this type of issue, you take a life it cost you yours no way around it, you steal with your left hand the right hand cuts it off, solves many problems that plauge or society today wouldnt you agree, justice when its proven to be needed, no prison time to feed em and house em, they do a capitol crime dont wait years and years and years to meet out justice, like I said take em out back and shoot em, and as for the baby rapers and child molesters well if we cant send them on to see jesus or the devil in wich i would bet the latter to be the case, well then at least we can castrate their ass, as for a woman being the offender hows about a full labotomie , takes care of that issue to, now as for the druggies, hell put em in a room and give them all they want eventually they will kill themselves with an overdose, cause any costly treatment you put them thru is a waste of tax dollars, cuz the majority go right back to it, these are just my thoughts and opinions some may agree and some may disagree, but my opinions just the same

Ok, didnt intend to kill hmmmmm, let me see if I have this correct get a shot gun shoot some body with it, and wow! didnt intend to kill? Kelly your perception of didnt intend to kill is sorley lacking. If you cant understand that when someone picks up a gun any gun and shoots another human being ther can be no misconception of the facts intent to kill, words or actions of another inividual cannot be the cause of such actions, some say a cheating wife some say provoked by words, all this not justify taking someones life, you can get another wife, and words will only hurt you if you have no self control, ever heard the kindergarten rhyme, sticks and stones will break your bones, but words will never hurt you. in my opinion if it was not done to perserve ones on life, aka self defense, then yes he picked up a shot gun and yes he intended to kill, have a brain use it ok. if you like or love the guy in question thats all good to, but even the ones we love make mistakes, perhaps this chuck made a mistake, mistakes can be taken back, but a life is not a mistake you can bring back, by the way I dont even know the people in question here, but you comment was harsh, didnt intend to kill? come on, tell that to the family that still greives over the loss of their family member, cheating wife or not, dont make exsuses. makes you look bad.

I gotta agree with atilla on this one. Nothing this man could have done would justify someone else taking his life! He didn't deserve to die and his family shouldn't have to put up with u cold, heartless people dragging his name through the mud. Richie is gone. Its the ones left behind who are suffering. We are all human. Have a heart people! And I hope this aint the Kelly I think it is. You know better.
