The people that wrote those two comments are probably from Methhouse I mean Morehouse and was probably buyers of meth from the victim. If someone threatened my daughter don't think that I wouldn't have done the same thing, and what I have heard is that that crazy dealer from Morehouse had his hands down the back of his pants when the other guy pulled up. I would have done the same thing. I know this will be commented on and we all know if it is something good that concerns the victim, We know your from MOREHOUSE or was. And any father that wouldn't take up for their child when some crazy guy that the justice system should have had locked away, your probably a LOSER too.

I agree totally. I have also heard from people that were there that night that the "victim" did have a gun and had threated to use it on the guy that shot him. Funny how his friends and that gun disappeared. The shooter is really a good guy that has made some bad choices....number one was going there that night. I hope all works out for him in the end.

Let's not start making crap up. It's not going to help Chuck in court. He's a murderer and Richie is gone. Let him rest in peace. By the way, I'm not from Morehouse. I'm from Sikeston. Nor have I ever lived there. I know a murderer when I see one and so does everyone else. So...we will see in court. Won't we.

that doesnt change the fact that it shouldn't have taken this long to have a trial why the hell drag something like this out of over two years. Let the facts be present and a jury will decided like the consistution of the Unites States says are have we all forgotten that.

Well I hardly doubt that Chuck was the good guy in this picture. He was one of the biggest meth heads in Morehouse. I knew both of these guys and Chuck was just as bad on that "shit" as Richie if not worse. So was Richie's crazy ass wife. She is the main Richie was killed. She was playing those two and she knew it. She is a shit starter always has been and always will be. She is the biggest liar on the face of this earth and she will get what is coming to her. I guarantee it. You can't lie and treat people the way she does and get by with it. She needs to be locked up with Chuck because she is the real culprit this whole thing. I hope they both rot in hell. I just feel sorry for Richie's son that is going to have to be raised by that fat crazy BITCH

I agree with the sikeston girl!!!! I also knew both of these guys and no I have never lived in Morehouse. Maybe Chuck was a nice guy at one time but no one deserves to get shot! No Richie shouldn't have made the threats he made but Chuck was no saint!! If he was really that worried about his little girl he would of gone to the police(but I guess it's hard to go to the cops when you're all geeked out)! he was just pissed because Richie had already kicked his ass once! And yes I agree that that crazy bitch he was married to was a big part of the problem!!!!! She loves to start shit and i know that for a FACT!!! I hope she never has to pass a drug test at work because she's screwed!!! She played BOTH of those guys and look what happened! She DID NOT give a flying fuck who got hurt in the end just as long as she got her fix! Stupid bitch! Now look two kids without dad's not to mention all the friends and family that have been hurt by all of this!

I heard that the Richie guy kept threatening Chuck and that was what provoked him. In my opinion the real victim or victims in this case are both these guys children. I think at the very least Chuck needs his ass kicked for not taking his daughter into consideration before he did what he did and apparently did not think about whether or not he would be in her life anymore after this. Oh and I saw the ole girl they were fighting over and all I can say is them boys both must of been hard-up!

I agree that the real victims are the kids. But what parent wouldn't try to protect their child? That is exactly what Chuck was doing, trying to protect his child. I can tell you that if someone threathened my child, if would have done the same thing. Maybe he should have gone to the police first, but hindsight is 20/20.

Just so you people know, when someone is brought in for a crime they check thier blood levels for any type of drugs. From what I've read he didn't have any in his system. So I'm sure that if he was on drugs there would be something there. He may have done things like that in the past but at the time he wasn't on drugs.

Whatever. He had time to go home and take something to get rid of the drugs in his system. All you have to do is drink some over the counter stuff and you are clean so don't even throw that card out there!!! There are ways around that now a days.

Yeah I'm guessing that because it was past mid night he had plenty of time to run the the pharmacy. Wow! What a genius! Richie on the other hand had a whole variety of things in his system. I'm not for either one of them. Just don't try to say things that are lies, especially if you don't know for sure. Which you obviously don't!

Hello Walmart is open 24 hrs. Yes he had plenty of time. As I recall the shooting happened around 9 or 9:30. He probably already had it at his house anyway

Duh any dope head can pass a drug test! The point is no matter who was doing what Chuck knew what he was doing!!! No one can say that he didn't because after he shot him he took his ass home to take a shower. I'm a mom too and i would do anything for my kids but i think being home with the is a better choice than sitting in jail.

If someone threatened to kill you and your child, that someone was planning to kill you and your child you mean to tell me that you wouldn't do anything to protect yourself and your children?
