I have heard so many things on this tragedy ,but does anyone know if the school doors were locked whenever he got in? IF so ,did he break them down? I thought all schools today had their doors locked ,if not they should be . No one should be able to enter unless first stating who they are first, and a camera on that door showing the person in full view ,to check for any guns . And also a metal detector that the person must walk through before entering. All this might be expensive, but I would be willing to pay higher property tax to help pay for it.
If he had the guns they said he had, the doors being locked would not have stopped him. I saw on one news channel that said he had an altercation with some at the school the previous day. Not sure the circumstances of it tho.

After shooting Nancy in the “face or head area,” according to these sources, Lanza then drove her Honda to the school. He parked in the fire lane in front of the main entrance, wasting no time to get inside the building.

He left a Bushmaster .223 rifle in the back seat, and took the two handguns -- a Glock 9-millimeter and a Sig Sauer semiautomatic -- inside. He was dressed in black camouflage and had Ryan’s ID on him.

The front door to the school was locked, and he either smashed the glass or shot it open. Investigators are not yet exactly sure because the police responding to the scene later smashed every door to get in too, sources said.

At about 9:35 a.m., using his mother's Bushmaster XM-15 rifle,[4][6] Lanza shot his way through a locked glass door at the front of the school.

As you will see doing a Google search will give you conflicting reports from the media. Most reports say the school doors were locked and he broke the glass or shot his way through the doors. Seems like no one was at or near the doors at his entry.

Most police officers will not approach a person armed or not unless 7 or more officers are involved. Why I don't know, many would react in the past if only 2 officers were on site. Many officers years ago would react to a violent situation like this by themselves, they don't do this anymore, I don't know if it is training or something else.
where do you get your information ? The funny papers ?
