If it was possible don't you think every judge around would have already done something about it? They've been bashed on here like crazy! Even attorneys themselves have been trashed, but good luck anyway lol

Mike Campbell is a good person and attorney, but he is out of town. Monica Hill is good, but busy. There is a new attorney there and her name is Ashton McKenzie, but she is new, as stated. Ira Kilburn is a good attorney and is an incredibly nice person. Steve O'Connor in West Liberty is also a good attorney, but can't accept criiminal cases due to his position with the County Attorney's Office. Good luck on finding the attorney that works for you as they do specialize so when calling, make sure that you ask if they do the type of work that you need done.

Does anyone know about how much Campbell costs to take a case. I know each case is different but does anyone know a range?

I like Mike Campbell as a person from what I know of him but Earl Rogers was unbelievably rude to me (his client). He made me settle, telling me he wouldn't take my case to court because of my appearance.

I just find this really hard to believe. Campbell, Rogers and Hill are the best, hands down. This group is very nice and polite, the best around this area!

Depends on what kind of case you have. I'm sure there are pros and cons of all the local lawyers.

I have no respect for someone that spends their life trying to figure out ways to free murderers and rapists and thirds

Yes, if we let the Campbells rule the world then everyone would be out running around raping and killing each other with no consquences. Don't you wonder how he would feel if someone did that to his family member?

Two weeks ago John Kirk won my case, big, and two other lawyers before I got John would not even take the case. Said I did not have a chance. Thanks John Kirk.

I have been looking for a law firm that help me with my will. I have a few things that I have been wanting to change in my will to accommodate more people. I know that I need to meet with an attorney, so I am looking for someone that can help me out. http://www.talawgroup.com/trusts/index.html

Be careful. There is widespread fraud in the Morehead legal system. There is a system of "ole-boy" corruption that includes many of the well-known lawyers and judges in Rowan county.

You do not want Earl Rogers if you have a complex case, or one that is drawn out over time. While he says that he will continue with a case to its resolution, he seems to tire of it with time and then not give his best effort. He also does not keep clients informed as much as other attorneys do to new developments.

There is a new attorney in Morehead. His name is Chris Ring. I've heard he is REALLY awesome and affordable. Legal aid referred a couple of my friends to him for their divorces. I'm not sure where he's located though. Maybe try calling Legal Aid of the Bluegrass.
Don't waste your money on any lawyer in morhead and Chris ring don't bother he is awful.
