Moraine plant worth millions less, GM liquidators argue
The value of the former General Motors Corp. Moraine assembly plant has fallen some $600,000 since March, according to Motors Liquidation Co., the company responsible for assets GM discarded this summer through bankruptcy.

WHAT! Think of all of that emtpy flea-market and dollar-store and pizza-place space! It don't mattah 'bout all o' dem empty plats and plazas wit' dos closed sto' dat we don' need no mo'. We could make it another big indoor mall with roller skating, ya'll! Dis ain't dumb,'cause like de new casinos and bars and restaurants, we jus' need mo' unpo' peoples wit' disposable incomes, dat dey don' haf to waste on survival or jus' gettin' by.
