I am not a democrat or republican. Boxer has been in office for too long and needs to go. We need a change. I watched the debate last night, and cannot believe Boxer's attitude towards Fiorina. Fiorina ran Hewlett Packard, and was accused of shipping jobs overseas by Boxer numerous times. Boxer does not want to discuss the entire issue here. Numerous corporations have sent jobs overseas during the last 10 years. Why? Businesses, Corporations, and Small Companies have not received tax credits to keep their operations open here. They have also been strapped with regulations, and taxes which have made it impossible to operate here in the United States competitively. Our country operates in a competitive world economy, and to remain competitive, many of these companies followed what their competitors have done.
Jobs have disappeared here at other companies as well. Not just at Hewlett Packard, but at Dell as well. Banks have also sent call center jobs overseas, and have received bailouts from the federal government. I know someone who has a home loan who received a call from their lender, and the call center was located somewhere in India.
During the debates, it was also interesting to note that Boxer voted down a bill four times to provide tax credits to businesses, corporations, and companies who hire someone who has been unemployed for two years or more. Boxer's slogan, "I want to make made in America mean something again." is a bunch of crap. Don't buy into Boxer's lies. Boxer chose not to discuss further many of the real reasons why jobs have left this country because the reasons were caused by the democrats in the form of increased taxes, and government regulation.
Boxer's attitude and her willingness to work with other people needs to change.
California is rated dead last for business of all 50 States. DEAD FRIGGIN LAST!!!

That means we are rated behind f'd up Dem progressive run States like Michigan. We are rated last for a reason: because Cali's leftist Legislature pumps out anti-business regulations, fees and taxes, pro-union, and nanny/welfare State laws year after year.

Obamabot Boxer is doing her best to do it to us on the Federal level:

The American electorate have to get these far left ideologues out now before they finish digging America's economic grave.

On the abortion issue, Fiorina, a proponent of babies in the womb having rights, gave a nuanced and articulate answer on this "litmus test" issue, drawing a distinction of states rights and federal law. Boxer's reply was to say that if Fiorina is elected she would make anyone who has an abortion a criminal. Anyone who believes that would have to be uneducated. A single senator has no such power. For Boxer, as far left as you can get and who routinely denounces the right for "the politics of fear" just proved how desperate and afraid she really is.

Look at what happened when the democrats in the state of california's legislature voted to raise the sales tax last year? The tax rate here is almost 10 percent now where I live. The first thing businesses reported was a drop in sales. A drop in sales leads layoffs, fewer hours available for employees, and less money for people to spend in the economy. Raising taxes does not stimulate anything, and history has proven that lower taxes has stimulated the economy.

Our democratically controlled state legislature cannot agree to work with our republican govenor on a fiscal year budget again this year. They want to raise taxes and the car tax again for the second time in less than two years. Boxer wants to do the same. These policies have not worked for California and they should not be taken to the federal level.

Sam Walton would not bring WalMart to Cal due to the corruptible influence of unions.
It was not until AFTER he died did WalMart venture out West.

Calif. Senate Candidate Fiorina to Travel to Israel

Republican Senate candidate Carly Fiorina intends to travel to Israel over Labor Day weekend to brush up on her foreign policy credentials.

Campaign manager Marty Wilson says Fiorina, a former Hewlett-Packard chief executive, wants to be informed and updated on what's happening in the Middle East.

The Republican Jewish Coalition is paying for the four-day trip, which begins after Fiorina's first debate with Sen. Barbara Boxer.

Boxer, who is Jewish, has strong support among pro-Israel groups.**

*Before the primary, Fiorina criticized her GOP opponent Tom Campbell for opposing increased economic aid to Israel while he served in Congress.*
Not much change from B. Boxer Have to vote libertarian now or American Independent !

This article didn't mention these interesting facts:

"sponsored by the San Francisco Chronicle, KTVU Channel 2 news and KQED Public Radio at St. Mary’s College. KTVU Political Editor Randy Shandobil will serve as moderator, and the candidates will field questions from San Francisco Chronicle reporter Carla Marinucci, KQED host Scott Shafer and La Opinion Reporter Pilar Marrero"

Odds purposely stacked against Fiorina by the manipulative Left or what?

Yeah, much better to have hack politicians who have never held a non government job in their lives and who are bought and wholly owned by the SEIU, AFSCME, prison guards union, etc.

Not to worry that we have a $20 Billion structural deficit, face a $500 Billion future public pension tsunami, are ranked dead last of all 50 States for business environment, that our teachers are highest paid in the country but students are 47th in performance, or that we have the highest paid prison guards possibly in the world.

Let's just elect Jerry 'the public employee union stooge' Brown to go along with the corrupt 'progressive' union owned Legislature and we can keep the pension ponzi scheme going, right Cindy?

Enjoy your miserable union job Cindy, that is, while you're company can still afford to employ you in California.
