It is terrible that Moraga is accepting Richfield' money and approving for new building in the pastures of Moraga. I live in Moraga and love the open spaces and the cows & deer that roam the open areas. We also don't need any more building. Moraga should have refused the money from Richfield. It sounds like the mayor & town council are cowards only looking for money
