Get tougher on the SCAP Panel chaired by Lesbian Judges in MN http://www.angelfire.com/mn3/andersonadvocate... Agree with Pawlenty Prison Time instead of Committments.

If history furnishes any guidance, Kendra's Law will be extended (as it was in 2005) and similar laws will survive attack. Is that desirable? To this civil libertarian, who has had experience with the mentally ill, the answer remains far from clear.

Doubling sentences is a good idea...a bullet to the head is a better idea.

I agree with bobby. Castrate all of them, no matter the extent of their crime. Save time and money.

We definitely must get tougher on these idiots that prey upon children. Radical castration and removal of their hands would deter any further offenses.

These people are out of control, how can society control them when they can't control themselves ? They are lost, put them down like mad dogs, 2000 years ago the village would have just stoned them and be done with it.

So what do you propose for a solution?

Mass Hysteria is Nazism, women like to think their cherry's are under a constant threat.

It's like how guys pay prostitutes for sex, women use paid government employees to worry about their cherries.

According to a US Airforce Study, over 50% of rapes involving their servicemen have been dismissed due to evidence of false allegations.

Mark Foley made a lot of thunder and lightning about sex offenders and perverts too.

My hero the Governor. Finally, someone trying to do something about these perverts. I suggest they have a choice; locked up for life or castration. We're tired of these lowlifes and they deserve to be severely punished not coddled by some liberals who think they can rehabilitate them.

Reckless drivers are a bigger threat to kids than all the perverts but americans don't care about that. The attitude is "Hey - i like to speed and drive drunk and run reds and drive while on a cell, so hell with the kids".

For openers how about mandatory 10 year loss of license for anyone caught DUI with a kid under 16 in the car?

Anti-US rant, not even worth wiping my back side with. I guess you just love those repeat offender pedophiles down in Brazil. Not to mention pointless statistic of black male incarceration rates w/o mentioning black male crime rates.

The Hadamar Clinic was a psychiatric hospital in the German town of Hadamar, used by the Nazis as the site of their T-4 Euthanasia Program, which performed mass sterilizations and mass murder of "undesirable" members of Nazi society, specifically those with physical and mental disabilities.

And to think people are being put on the sex offender registry for peeing outdoors.

What a brave risk for our governor to take--coming out AGAINST sex offenders. You're a leader, Transparent Timmy.

$138,000 per year to house a sex offender in Moose Lake?

Sounds like sex offenders are being used for money laundering.

No wonder peeing outdoors is a sex offense.
