How many judges are actually willing to admit they made a mistake? why would they, they get to keep their job, by amking errors and not following the laws of the land, especially in family court. It's rare that the court of appeals disagrees with a judge, it's called "the power of discretion".

Huh? This decision isn't about the judge. The defense attorney is accused of not doing his job properly--that's the subject of the new hearing. It's called "reading comprehension."
