I've heard that the permanent sex offender program at the local graveyard is inexpensive and very effective.

Sex offenders truly cannot be treated. It is an insidious evil that spreads and our society lets it. the only sure cure is death. I am speaking of pedophiles. The longer we let it go and worry about their rights, the worse it gets.
