Ordanairily I'd have issue with the whole legal counsel argument but these freaks were already determined to have committed crimes for which my remidy is public execution. I don't care about their rights!

And! It's a whole lot cheaper to turn them over to the general population in Stillwater or Oak Park Heights than to put them up in Moose Lake.

Every person is guaranteed representation under our Constitution. This problem is a direct result of the draconian cuts by T-Paw over the years. The good people of Minnesota will correct this in November.

We can not get rid of T-Paw and his band of merry bandits soon enough. The DFL will hold the Governor's office, and a huge majority in both houses, so these wrongs can be set right.

Hospital treatment for something like this? Prison... Plus the dudes tried to break out. Sounds like the treatment program is having quite the effect.

One question. Why were they taken alive during their attempted escape??? Would have saved tax payers $$$ and we would have 4 less predators to worry about attacking the vulnerable. TX, for these sociopaths is a waste of time and $$$.......

Don't care who the gov is -- but this is hardly a "need to correct" situation. Too bad the losers don't get lawyers....maybe they should start working in prison or the state hospital and when they have enough money they can hire their own lawyers.........why should the taxpayers continue to pay for their continued bad behavior......

Hilarious--the posters here who would like to either shoot the escapees or 'hand them over' to other inmates should really be living in Iraq, Iran, China, take your pick. You can't be a defender of freedom and the Constitution and preach these particular views. Why don't you crack open the Constitution and get better acquainted with it?
