Lawmakers grapple with how to reform sex offender program as costs increase
A Senate committee on Thursday will review a request for $7.4 million this year to renovate and expand the Minnesota Security Hospital in St. Peter, one of two facilities housing patients in the state's sex offender program.

Tear it down and put them all in a real prison where they all belong. Since when do sex offenders deserve a special facility anyway? They are the worst of the worst offenders.
