The article should have indicated in the first paragraph and more explicitly that the foster parents were not culpable.

I totally agree, it sounded like this baby had more crap than what she already suffered, the foster parents did not kill her!!!

I would like to know why in the h*ll was this little girl given morphine for a tonsillectomy. I was 15 (which was 12 years ago) when I had my tonsils removed and they gave me Tylenol #4 to relieve pain. This is an outrage to me. My heart goes out to this little girl who was cursed with such a bad life!
