"Intensive Supervised Release" what a joke! And, not a funny one, how many times have we heard this about rapists who just up and walked away? What the hell are we paying for Gov.?

At what point did the State of Minnesota decide it was safe to let this person go?

Thats like the DNR releasing a wolf downtown St Paul and saying "Its okay, we have a radio tracking collar on it".

I think it should be law that sexual predators must live with their lawyers upon release.

I am no fan of anything "big brother" but for guys like this one, I think we need to consider something in addition to the bracelet like a GPS tracking chip implanted somewhere inside that would require a surgeon, or a straight razor, to remove. If the can put these in the phones of law abiding citizens, and now "black boxes" in our cars, we should be able to track guys like this wherever they go. Or better yet, put them on an island like Alcatraz, drop them some food once in a while, and let them prey on each other. Killing is far to good for them.

Oh, but go to community meeting when one of these animals is about to be released. They will have you believe that there is no way they can lose track of them because of the supervision. They will tell you it is safer for him to be there than your other neighbors. They will tell you they just do such a wonderful job keeping track of them it's impossible for him to do anything without them knowing about it, including going to the grocery store.

Level III's become Level III's because they did not cooperate the already questionable treatment programs. So if it requires this much work to watch them after release, why the hell are they letting them out????!!!!
