Is anyone else having connection issues with their MI-Connection, connection? I'm posting this from my phone. I can't even get to MI-Connections web page, when I try to call I get a busy signal or I just get disconnected after about 20 seconds of being told "Your call will be answered by the next available Technican"

I have done all the typical troubleshooting with no luck at all.

If your having issues go ahead and post here.

I am also not able to connect at all. Their tech support help line is also not working. They are worst.

same here. Posting from my blackberry. Something has seriously happened over there. Phone lines are either jammed or not working either. TV cable is fine. Let us know if anyone finds out any info.

Dead in the water... MI SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT missing in action. Looks like their telephones have the same problem as their internet connection problems.

Same exact problem here. Great customer service. At least give us a recording when we call telling us they r aware of the problem. Busy signal tells me nothing. So glad I stumbled across this post researching it on my blackberry.

Same problems as everyone since 7am today. No fix in sight. Cannot reach them by phone.

I'm having the same issue. It appears to be a problem with their DNS servers or the routes to them. If you know how to set your DNS server IP address you may want to try 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 which are DNS servers run by google. I've been using them all day with out issues.

I'm still out here also. I bet they don't even know there is an issue. It would be nice to get a recording that they atleast know there is an issue and that they are working on fixing it.

I hate to say it but atleast if Time Warner had gotten the Cable/Internet up here we would atleast be able to report the issue but NOOOOOO that will not happen here since the Government is running the show now.

Every other Cable/Internet provider has 24X7 support, WTF.

I get the fact that they use their own internet phone for their Technical support number..which was also dead....but since this company is run out of Bristol, couldn't they answer the phone? Would've saved me an hour of troubleshooting.

Once again, spotty service ALL DAY and now same problem again. Virtually NO customer support. As a Davidson resident, can we use another service provider?

if you want a good phone company, you should bring back WINDSTREAM. IT WAS STUPID you got rid of them. i have had them for about 30 YEARS, NEVER NO TROUBLE. you get next or same DAY ON PHONE OR COMMUTER SERVICE> COULDN:T BE ANY HAPPIER>

Hmm.. I've had Windstream forever. Never any issues with them. Didn't know they had ever left.
