<quoted text>Now how can you make a statement like this, when you dont know her son? I think I know her, and I think we had a conversation in my yard not to long ago. Her son was getting help. These arrest were from fake reports! So if you know so much tell us what should happen to a officer of the law who does set people up to make himself look good for the chief? I imagine he will never see a day in jail , just like the officers wife who wrote numerous fake prescrptons for herself. All she got was probation! Now a person who is just the average citizen, who isn't married to judges, lawyers or police officers would not get away with this type of crime. It tells you there is major curruption in our county.
You dont know what your talking about either. You have thousands of repeat offenders who just get a slap on the wrist and are released. Like a catch and release stream. Shit bags that do drugs, make terrible choices and never learn from their mistakes are walking all over the streets. Thus the reason we have drug problems and a high crime rates. Police Officers and Judges are all held to a higher standard. Losing a career, a lifetime investment, court, public humiliation and then released as an ordinary citizens. Punishment is in order for this Officer I agree, but to get on a soap box for the people he delt with saying that they are innocent is rediculous. They were in trouble to begin with!!! There are thousands of good Officers out there risking their lives everyday writing good reports, testifying and locking up murders, rapists, drug dealers and theives trying to make the streats a safer place and all for a shitty salary and nothing but negativity from the public. A good mother would have taught her son self respect and values. And if that didnt work expended every asset to find help for him.

On April 14, 2010, the House of Representatives passed the "Truth in Caller ID Act of 2010" and will be reconciled with the Senate version passed in February. It is anticipated that this bill will be signed into law by President Obama later this year. Under the bill, which also targets VOIP services, it becomes illegal "to cause any caller ID service to transmit misleading or inaccurate caller ID information, with the intent to defraud or deceive." The bill maintains an exemption for blocking one's own outgoing caller ID information, and law enforcement isn't affected.so much you do know and you will face the crimes. this is a promise. I only commented on here , cause I knew you would follow me. now we have ya!

The people that were wrongly accused by this officer have suffered enough. It is about time someone had the balls to stand up and fight back. I give all the respect in the world to mary mcguire for filing a lawsuit against morgan county - this officer. Miss mcguire was a highly respected woman in this community that worked really hard all her life for what she HAD. Due to this officer and his lying, she lost everything. I think the worst part of it is she lost alot of respect and dignity in this community for something she didnt do. Way to go officer asshole I hope your life gets screwed up as badly as you screwed others lives up for your own satisfaction trying to be someone your not and will never be.
