Agreed, paying $1 million for 4 acres of land is insane. Moorestown has an entire municipal complex to redo, a Main Street initiative to get passed and a revitalization of Lenola, all of that is far more important. There is plenty of affordable housing in the area with the correction. The state is getting sued left and right. Let it play out elsewhere.
