I was on Bridgestreet's website, and I saw that in the Dining section,
it said "The Station" coming in Summer 09. Does anyone know what this place is? |

It's going to be like a Dave & Buster's basically made by the same owners of the other station in madison. |
||||
It is not owned by the same owners of the Station in Madison. www.thestation.net is the website of the station at bridgestreet |

Made the trip to the Station at Bridge Street tonight. Thumbs up on the bowling and pool table set up. Thumbs way down on the food. We had a two groups of four....only one person said their dinner was good, the rest of us thought it was at best fair. Lousy and slow service as well. Way overpriced, but that seems to be a theme of Bridge Street.

Agree with the previous post. The food is nothing special except for the price, which they think a lot of. But, it's a bowling alley after all. You shouldn't expect great food in a bowling alley.

My Complaint Letter to Station Manager:
I came to your place for the first time today in a party of about 20 people. I am emailing you to tell that I thought your food was not that good and your service was pretty bad. We were placed in a back room that had a projector and the waiter couldn’t turn it on even though we asked him too. We only had one person waiting on our table and he was very slow at that. It took us an hour to get our food and we kept having to ask for refills because the waiter was no were to be found. He also brought out half the people’s food and the other half had to wait 15 minutes to get theirs so we ended up watching the other half eat before we finally got ours. I ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad. A caesar salad is not suppose to come with the dressing on the side unless you ask for it that way and this only shows that your people preparing the food are lazy or inexperienced. The ceaser dressing should be mixed into the lettuce by default. It’s not a house salad and the dressing tasted like it came out of a grocery store bottle. Many people in my group also ordered hamburgers and ordered them medium. The hamburgers were over cooked and most were actually burnt. Even the buns were burnt. Everyone that paid with a credit card had to wait 30 minutes before the waiter came back with our bills to sign and this was after we had to complain that it was taking too long. My first trip to your place was not a good experience and I will not be returning. The food and service was unacceptable and you should be ashamed at running a business in this manner. |
