Campbell county and Gillette and Rozet and Moorcroft and any other users can pass a bond issue and pay for it themselves. Tired of all the crying about keeping all the money for themselves and be damned the rest of the area (state) and still wanting more and more and more. Couldn't share what you already have with Rozet because then some development would happen elsewhere outside the Gillette City Limits. Conservation might also be a good idea. Damn when do we make you the State Capital?
