False Alarm? The water was tested by both DEQ and the EPA and did not conclude that the lagoons were leaking. The water flowing into the creek was from spring water runoff. EPA and DEQ did a dye test over a two day period and it did not leave the evaporative lagoon at the point in question or any other point.

Lehman has NEVER "pumped water into the stream" We did however pump 600,000 gallons of water from our ponds to a licensed system by a licensed transporter at considerable expense. 90% of that water was the result of storm water runoff getting into our collection system. The collection system has been repaired and has passed all tests.
